JTL Studio Receives CREDAWARD AWARD 2024, FINALIST

JTL Studio is honored to announce that our project, Zhuhai Huafa Greater Bay One, has received the prestigious CREDAWARD AWARD 2024，Finalist.

Located at a key node of the Pearl River Estuary in Zhuhai, Huafa Great Bay One is a luxurious residential project that embraces both mountain and coastal landscapes. With panoramic views and seamless integration with the surrounding green corridor and waters, the project offers residents a tranquil retreat that remains connected to the vibrancy of urban life. Inspired by the romance of two cities’ “fireworks” and the allure of tropical landscapes, the design creates a captivating resort-style living experience.

A Grand Entrance to Serenity
The entrance to Great Bay One sets the tone with a high-end resort hotel-style gate. Minimalist and elegant, it isolates residents from the hustle of the city and opens the door to an atmosphere of calm sophistication. The wrap-around hotel-inspired drop-off area unifies aesthetics and functionality, leading visitors to a serene water courtyard and the welcoming community lobby.

The landscape design draws from the flowing movement of water and waves. Layered terraces, cascading waterfalls, and an infinity pool are set against a backdrop of tropical greenery, creating a rich interplay of levels and textures. This seamless combination of water features and verdant elements establishes an intimate connection with nature, offering both relaxation and visual splendour.

Living Among Layers
The heart of the community lies in the Man Hall, a space that blends waterscape, leisure, and art. Moving beyond the conventional swimming pool, this design integrates an infinity pool with cascading waves, surrounded by tropical plants. The lower-level pool features cliff-like water walls, adding vertical intrigue and reinforcing the resort’s immersive appeal.

Residents traverse the landscape through interconnected platforms and green islands, experiencing ever-changing scenes filled with greenery, sunlight, and mist. By integrating tropical plant layers with reflective water, the design achieves both privacy and a natural elegance, ensuring every step offers a tranquil moment of discovery.
